District Scouts Inter-Group Archery & Shooting Competition

Join us for Danum’s annual Scout Archery and Shooting Competition — a fun and competitive day where Scouts can test their skills, try new activities and represent their Group.
Event Overview
This inter-group competition brings together Scouts from across the district for a day of challenge, creativity and friendly competition.
Scouts will take part in both archery and shooting disciplines, alongside additional activities including wire woggles and paracord bracelets. The event is open to all abilities, with qualified NSRA and AGB leaders supervising all activities.
Throughout the day, Scouts will rotate between activity bases, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to take part while enjoying a varied and engaging programme.

- Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Cost: £15 per Scout

- Signed digital shooting consent form

Important Information
- Mobile phones may be brought at the owner’s risk but must be turned off during activities
- Archery will take place in the Church Hall
- Shooting will take place in the Scout Hut
- Scouts will wait in a marquee between activities
Booking & Payment
- Bookings open: 13 April 2026
- Bookings close: 20 May 2026
- Bookings must be made online by the Group
- Your Group will be invoiced for all places booked
- Payment should be made by bank transfer before the event
- Medical information must be provided at the time of booking
- A digital shooting consent form is required for all participants
Leader Information
- Leaders are not required to attend
- The event will be fully supervised and delivered by the District Events Team
