Your Constitution
Every charity must have a governing document, in Scouts we call this a constitution. The constitution is formally adopted through the charity Annual General Meeting (AGM) and it’s good practice to re-adopt it at every AGM.
What happens after the AGM?
After your AGM don’t forget there are a few actions that must take place within a certain time frame and your Trustee’s Annual Report and Accounts need to be submitted to the district.
