You can add or update these templates in the following location within Online Scout Manager:
Settings → Parent Portal Settings → Emails → Templates
Suggested Template for ‘Uniform Reminder’:
Dear Parents/Carers,
A quick reminder that young people should attend meetings wearing their full Scout uniform wherever possible.
The full uniform consists of the official Scout uniform for their section, group necker and woggle, with badges sewn onto the uniform in the correct places. This follows the uniform guidance set out by The Scouts Policy, Organisation and Rules (POR).
Wearing the correct uniform helps young people feel part of the team, take pride in their achievements and display the badges they have worked hard to earn.

To help us deliver a varied and exciting programme for the young people, we ask that each family helps at one meeting per term through our Parent Helper Rota.
Helping usually involves supporting a game or activity during the evening. No special skills are needed and our leaders will guide you. It’s also a great way to see what your young person gets up to each week.
