District Top Awards Presentation Day

Join us as we celebrate the achievements of young people and volunteers from across Doncaster Danum.
The District Top Awards Presentation is a key moment in the Scouting calendar, recognising the commitment, effort and success of those who have achieved their highest awards.
Event Overview
The Top Awards Presentation brings together award recipients, leaders and families from across the district for a formal celebration of achievement.
Young people will be recognised for completing their Top Awards, alongside adult volunteers who have made a significant contribution to Scouting. The event provides an opportunity to come together, celebrate success and recognise the impact Scouting has across our community.
To allow as many young people as possible to attend, two identical presentation sessions will take place. Attendees will be allocated to a session based on their Group.

Session Times
Session A
- 3:00pm – Doors Open
- 3:15pm – Presentations Start
- 4:45pm – Presentations End
Session B
- 5:45pm – Doors Open
- 6:00pm – Presentations Start
- 7:30pm – Presentations End
Attendees will be allocated a session in line with their Group.
Tickets
- Separate tickets will be issued for:
- Award recipients
- Adult attendees
- All tickets are free
- Each award recipient may bring up to two guests
(1 recipient + 2 guests = 3 total attendees)
