This accredited Level 3 Paediatric First Aid course provides practical, confidence-building skills and meets The Scouts First Response requirement.

Event Overview

We are pleased to offer an accredited Level 3 Paediatric First Aid one day course, delivered by WF Training.

This course meets and exceeds The Scouts First Response requirement and is suitable for volunteers working with young people across all sections. It provides practical first aid skills in a supportive environment and results in a nationally recognised qualification.

The course is delivered face to face by qualified instructors and covers paediatric-specific scenarios alongside core first aid skills relevant to Scouting environments.

• Time: 9:30am to 4:30pm
• Cost: £30 per volunteer

Important Information

• This course meets and exceeds The Scouts First Response requirement
• A nationally recognised qualification will be awarded upon completion
• Places are limited and expected to fill quickly
• Places may be released if payment is not received by the deadline

Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made individually online

Volunteers must choose one of the following payment options:

Option 1: Pay online and reclaim

• Pay £30 at the time of booking
• Claim the cost back from your Scout Group in line with local procedures

Option 2: Pay by bank transfer via your Group

• Select bank transfer when booking
• Send booking confirmation to your Group Treasurer
• Payment must be made no later than 14 days before the course

Where the Group is covering the cost, volunteers must ensure approval is in place from the Group Lead Volunteer or Trustees.
