Join us for one of Danum’s most popular and challenging events — an overnight expedition where teamwork, navigation and determination are put to the test.
Event Overview
The District Inter-Troop Night Hike is a competitive overnight event where Scout teams will navigate a set route in the dark, working together to reach checkpoints and complete challenges along the way.
Teams will hike through the night, testing their navigation skills, communication and resilience, before completing the event the following day.
The event is designed to challenge Scouts at different experience levels, with multiple competition categories available.

Booking & Payment
- Bookings open: 13 July 2026
- Bookings close: 18 September 2026
- Bookings must be made online by the Group
- Your Group will be invoiced for all places booked
- Payment should be made by bank transfer before the event
